1. If we fail to facilitate your moment as you requested, you will get a full refund or replacement cake. If we succeed, do give us the 5 stars because it means a lot for us

2. Your failure to properly store the cake in a cool place (2c - 7c) is beyond our responsibility and will not get a refund or cake replacement.
